Artist Inventory Portal

Submit a new form for each item you'd like to sell at the Charles City Arts Center

Include medium and size of artwork, including whether it is an original or print (if 2-D). Describe the artwork that is for sale, the inspiration behind the piece, your technique, or anything else that will increase your chances of making a sale.

Images must be in focus, include visible space around the artwork, and be photographed against a white or neutral background. Please use images with a 4:3 or 1:1 aspect ratio. Images submitted in other aspect ratios may not display correctly in the online Galleria and may be cropped so that parts of the artwork are not visible.  If images do not meet quality or aspect ratio requirements, the Arts Center may use alternate images, including photographs taken by Arts Center staff, for online Galleria listings.

Images will be used to list your artwork for sale in our online store. Watermarked or copyrighted images may be used at your discretion.

File size limit: 25 MB

Supported files: JPG, PNG, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TIF, AVIF
