Product Information: ABC Canopy 10'x10' EZ Up Canopy Tent

This is a commercial grade tent. The frame is made of alloy steel, and the canopy top and sidewalls are white polyester. The sidewalls and awning are optional and may be configured to your preference.

Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for all equipment from the time of pickup until return to the Charles City Arts Center. This includes proper setup, securing the tent with ground stakes and weights, and proper disassembly and storage. Instructions will be provided via email and at time of pickup.

The tent should not be used in the event of extreme weather, including sustained high winds. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation in the event of extreme weather; in the rare event we cancel your reservation due to adverse weather, your deposit will be refunded in full.

You are liable for any damages that occur to the equipment, and assume all risk for the use and operation of the canopy tent during your rental period. This includes the risk of personal injury and property damage arising from theft or vandalism. Damages will be assessed based on replacement value of the equipment at time of loss.

All equipment must be clean and free of materials such as food, ribbon, signage, and balloons prior to storage and return. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee of $25.

Reservation Details

Cost to rent is $75 per day.

You can collect the tent one day prior to your event (when it will be used), and drop it off one day after your event at no extra cost.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve the canopy tent. Final payment is due when the tent is picked up from the Charles City Arts Center. Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Please tell us when you'd like to pick up the tent, and when you'll be returning it.

The Charles City Arts Center is open Wednesday-Friday 1-5pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm.

Please pickup your tent at the Charles City Arts Center any time after 6:30am the morning of Art-a-Fest. Your tent will be labeled with your name, and will be located in the basement classroom.

When Art-a-Fest is over, please return all equipment back to the basement classroom with your name label attached. The ramp door on the southwest side of the building is most convenient for moving the wheeled bag into and out of the building.
